Day 3 of Unofficial Unemployment
Today I got a job offer, a bonus solitary breakfast, a chance to get some writing time done, and found out we need a new tire for our car.
Here’s the most recent update:
Turns out that dusty gravel roads don’t like tires…or our tires don’t like the roads. I’m inclined to think the latter. We’re down to the wear bar on one of our tires, but thankfully it’s only one tire. Hoping husband gets his last vacation pay taken care of so we can get our car paid on time. It’s gonna be close this week, but I’m so happy we have the ability to earn income while traveling.
It’s been a great vacation, and even though we have at least a couple days left, I find that I’m ready to get back to the regular swing of things and to have a semblance of a schedule. Here’s the newest things that will be handled upon our return:
Job Offer:
I’ve actually received two. One to babysit for an infant, and the other to work coaching gymnastics at a local gym for a few hours a week. Both are ideal for my schedule, and theoretically I can do both. It’s just a matter of scheduling it plus my super filled schedule for school.
