This is so upsetting to read. I personally believe that this and other issues is what gave Nazi Germany the ideas it had regarding racial purity. To me it’s quite sobering to realize that we had some tiny part to play in the horrific end of millions of people and our ideas created such a monster. It’s also upsetting to realize that some measure of the theories of Eugenics are still prevalent and on the books of our nation as it is.
