Working in this pandemic economy has taught me many major things. If you want people to work for you, you must treat them with respect and provide them a reason to keep working. Cutting corners or demeaning your staff just doesn’t cut it anymore. And I’m glad.

Also, take the time you need when you get sick off work. This working yourself till you die is outdated and needs to go! Your health is more important.

Never underestimate the importance of making sure you stay on top of your self care. Protecting boundaries and your life from becoming untenable is so important especially with everything going on.
